I loved the fact that room is Duplex. It gave the hotel room more like home feel to it. Staff English level was excellent! They were very helpful and sufficient. Swimming pool is excellent and the back yard is all you need to have some sunshine.

The pool is available and free of charge. Room size is good. Parking is big.
The water in the pool is too hot but I think it is normal for Europeans. In restaurant our waiter did not speak English.

Swiming Pool and facilities. Good value for money.
The breakfast food was not good, no natural orange juice and colod fried eggs.

Nestled between picturesque Saxon villages and surrounded by lush forests, this hotel is perfect for nature lovers seeking tranquility. the rooms boast new furniture with a nice design, and the reception staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast options are plentiful and the swimming pool is heated, ideal for a refreshing dip.
The speed of service at the restaurant can be rather slow at times, which may test the patience of those with small children.

The hotel staff, food, and pool were excellent. The location is hard to find so be sure to get directions. There is a small farm to visit nearby so it would be a great location for families with small children. The pool is open all day but the spa is only open in the evenings.
The whole place needs a general cleaning, especially the bathrooms but when I mentioned it to the staff they were eager to know and respond.

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The spa services offered were very relaxing and rejuvenating, and the pool was a nice and refreshing touch. Our room had a great view and was in a peaceful location, offering us privacy and a sense of serenity. the staff was friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed by the breakfast offered. The options were limited, and some items were not properly restocked which resulted in empty containers and long wait times.

The hotel has a great swimming pool, perfect to relax and unwind after exploring the city. the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of food, including local specialties, that we enjoyed trying. the hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to the city center and easy to reach by car.
The hotel lacked an elevator from the parking area, which made it difficult to carry our luggage to our room. the rooms were small, and the cleaning could have been better.

The pool was clean and the water warm and pleasant. Breakfast was fabulous with a good variety of options for everyone. The staff provided exceptional customer service and made my stay enjoyable. The hotel was nestled in the hills, away from busy streets. I loved its proximity to the forest for a peaceful stay. Cleanliness was noticeable in the room and the hotel facilities. The staff were all friendly, especially the reception team. Parking was ample with transportation easily available.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
